What I’m Learning in Physical Therapy School: Triangles

I’m in my second year of physical therapy school at Shenandoah University, Northern VA. They’re teaching us in Biomechanics, how to see movement in triangles. In physiology they teach us ‘shape determines function’.

It always seems to go back to 10th grade math: A squared + B squared=C squared. I will be honest, I still don’t get the pythagorean theorem. I never had “an eye” for geometry and envied those that did.
